DECEMBER 21, 2025 UPDATE:
ZERO! ZERO! ZERO!- THE MOST RIDICULOUS ATTEMPT OF A PR SPIN EVER. DROPPING SOON…A FRAME BY FRAME EXPLANATION OF THE FALSE CLAIMS MADE IN THE VIDEO AND HOW IT MEANS ABSOLUTELY NOTHING. IT CAN’T EVEN BE USED AS EVIDENCE. WHY 6 MONTHS LATER? WHY NOT SHOW THE LAB TESTING? WELL, WHEN IT’S SUBPOENAED IT WILL BE SHOWN….OH AND THE TANGLED WEB OF COMPANIES/BRANDS/LAWSUITS/SEC FILINGS WILL SHOW WHO CONSPIRED AGAINST WHO. IT’S A PLOT TWIST.
Temporary Pause on Advocacy. Not the End.
A court has temporarily restricted certain advocacy and publication activities related to this matter. As a result, parts of our work are paused not because the information is false or harmful, but because an injunction was granted that, in effect, silences a whistleblower and limits public advocacy while an appeal is pending.
This injunction was issued despite admissions that no actual financial loss occurred, and despite the existence of statutory whistleblower protections. It reflects a troubling tactic increasingly used to suppress speech: framing public-interest advocacy as “harm” in order to quiet scrutiny.
We are actively appealing this ruling. We believe it was granted unlawfully and conflicts with fundamental constitutional protections, including the right to speak, the right to petition the government, and the public’s right to access information about matters affecting health, safety, and accountability.
During this temporary pause, our work has not stopped.
We are using this time to build a more robust, evidence-driven platform, including:
Texas Public Information Act (PIA) requests
Federal FOIA requests
Public court filings and transcripts
Regulatory and agency records
Independent microbiology laboratory testing and results
When we return, the information will be deeper, better documented, and fully grounded in public records and independent verification.
Why This Matters
Silencing a whistleblower does more than affect one case. It sends a chilling message to the public:
Speak up, and you risk your career
Speak up, and you risk your reputation
Speak up, and if you lack financial resources, you risk instability, homelessness, and safety
That is not justice. That is deterrence. In America, government exists to serve and protect the public, not to shield corporations from scrutiny when no loss has occurred. Taxpayers deserve transparency. Consumers deserve safety.
Workers deserve protection.
This case is public. The records are public. The funding for this is coming from the public. Case Info:

SOS Beauty Group LLC stylzed as SOS BTY Group LLC is the previous Co-Defendant of Milagros Garcia.
At one point, Attorney Gregory Lee Deans of Deans-Stepp Law and Kevin Dunagan, the Attorney appointed by Bayports Insurance Company Scottsdale Indeminity Insurance which is a subsidiary of Nationwide Insurance, Attorney Keith A Little out of Ohio, a member of Bailey Cavalieri LLC, claimed Milagros was working as a “spy” for SOS BTY Group. They have since been non-suited. Their Attorney is the infamous Lee Sacks. He has an interesting history. He was indicted and incarcerated in the 2000’s by the FTC. Sounds familiar right? Dustin Cash is the founder who has stayed quiet and essentially through Milagros Garcia under the bus. A man running a company sold to mainly women consumers. You will see a pattern here. A bunch of White Men going after a 58 Year old veteran of the industry who is a victim of domestic violence. Milagros is a proud american but was born in the American Territory of Puerto Rico. Many don’t realize Puerto Ricans are full Americans. They speak English and Spanish and pay taxes, vote and do not need to immigrate to the United States. Upon birth they are issued a Social Security Number like every other American. No passport is needed to visit Puerto Rico. Puerto Ricans are proud Americans. Puerto Rico is similar to Hawaii but this tropical paradise has exploded in recent years due to it’s artists like Bad Bunny and it’s culture. Miss Universe 2026 will be held in Puerto Rico.
