Bayport Laboratories just unveiled a glossy, rewritten version of its origin story—complete with elevated titles, inspirational narratives, and a handful of claims that appear to have been polished harder than their production floors.

Let’s take a look at what the new Bayport wants people to believe… and how that lines up with the actual public record.

Spoiler: it doesn’t.

I still thnk the logo is horrible. But it’s an upgrade. I mean, a drone shot of the outside with two cars screams (we took this on a weekend but at least it’s showing your their leased manufacturing plant. They know the Federal Agencies are watching so you know they trying to make it look cute. I also LOVE how their company is called Bayport Laboratories but their domain is BayportLab.com lol. Not Bayportlabs.com, bayportlab, as in 1 lab. I can’t lol.

BUT YOU WANT TO KNOW WHAT REALLY GOT ME. THE NEW BIOS. SAY HELLO TO THE DOCTORS….

Dr. Yaumara Camacho” — A Title With No Explanation

Bayport now introduces its CEO as “Dr.” Yaumara Camacho. YES. Shes a DOCTOR. But also a co-founder (not true) and the CEO. She is in the big leagues. CHEIF EXECUTIVE OFFICER! WEPA!

That sounds impressive. Who doesn’t love a doctor running a cosmetics factory?

But here’s what Bayport doesn’t tell you:

It is not clear if she completed a doctor of medicine program and if she did it here or in Cuba. She may have but I can’t find anything except self submitted/self written documentation.
There is no U.S. medical license
There is no U.S. pharmacy license (I checked)
There is no public record of medical or pharmacy practice ( I checked)
Her professional biography prior to Bayport is… what’s the word? Oh—absent

So Bayport gives her the title “Dr.” in large font and leaves out the credentials in tiny font. A bold strategy.

A “Founding Story” That Doesn’t Match Corporate Filings

The new website claims:

“Bayport Laboratories was founded in 2010 by Drs. Yaumara and Angle Camacho.”

Cute.

Except corporate records say otherwise:

Bayport Labs, LLC was formed in 2010 by Angel Camacho for 300.
Yaumara is not listed on these documents.
Now Bayport traces lead to BL Holdings ( A Delaware Holding Company…IRS where you at?!) and HCT Packaging (Yes, the same HCT where you can find Bayport emails in a lawsuit for RICO.)
Prior iterations of the website said something very different

Bayport rewrote its history so confidently you’d almost miss the paperwork contradicting it. Almost.

Angle Camacho’s Claimed Background vs. Documented History

Bayport’s new biography claims:

Angle is a chemical engineer ( I believe this is true)
He worked at Estée Lauder (This is absolutely true from a quick search)
He co-founded Bayport (no he founded bayport solo

What is publicly verifiable:

There is no accessible record confirming U.S. engineering licensure but I believe he does know chemistry.
Angle Camacho was named in a 2017 federal lawsuit involving trade-secret disputes, which Bayport’s new site does not mention. HCT v Gardner. I will post a seperate blog on that! It’s so juicy! Think Chinese Communist Party Banks and money being sent to Bayport.

This omission is significant because Bayport portrays itself as a victim of trade-secret threats while its own principals have been involved somehow in similar allegations. It’s important to note, Angel was NEVER accused publicly in the lawsuit. Perhaps he cooperated? Or perhaps he just didn’t do anything.
