KDC/One (Knowlton Development Corp) — SEC EDGAR

The parent company of Bayport Laboratories, Knowlton Development Corp Inc (CIK 0001846055; formerly Knowlton Development Parent, Inc.), filed three registration statements with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission in 2021 for an attempted IPO that was ultimately withdrawn. These are the most authoritative public source for Bayport's ownership chain — they list CC KDC Co-Invest LP (Cornell Capital affiliate), CDP Investissements Inc. (CDPQ affiliate), and other principal shareholders.
